Police in India, said that they have identified two men who were seen severely abusing an animal.
The two men who are medical students in a private college, caused
outrage after one of them took a video of the second man throwing a dog
off from a roof of a tall building.
The dog was heard crying out in pain as it was seen moving after it hit
the ground. While some claimed that the dog died others said that the
dog survived the fall.
Police identified the man who threw down the dog as 23-year-old Gowtham
Sudharshan. He was seen looking directly at the camera and smiling
before throwing the dog off the building.
Police said that his classmate, Ashish Paul, 23, recorded the horrific
act and he even edited it with slow motion before posting it online.
The pair of Nadu, are facing charges of animal cruelty.
