A man was arrested on a charge of property damage after allegedly
placing a condom full of sperm into the backpack of a girl who was on
her way to school, according to police in Japan.
Tokyo police said that they have arrested 58-year-old Kiyoshi Kuroda,
after being accused of damaging the girl’s backpack as she waited for a
train at the Kokkaigijido-mae station.
Kuroda was charged with one count of property damage.
According to the police investigation, the suspect has been engaged in
similar activity for quite some time. In the latest incident, the girl,
who has been waiting for a train to get to school, felt someone touching
her backpack.
When she looked into her backpack, she freaked out seeing a used condom full of sperm. She immediately called the police.
After reviewing security surveillance footage at the train station, police were able to identify the suspect.
During questioning, Kuroda told police that he had been placing used
condoms in girls’ backpacks because he had a lot of stress at work.
