A man who was angry that his fiancee refused to give him a second good night kiss, was arrested after he took a piece of broken glass and cut her, according to police in Florida.
Palm Beach police said that they have arrested 59-year-old Rudolph Battaglia, after being accused of threatening to cut his girlfriend’s private parts and kill her because she refused to give him a good night kiss.
Battaglia has been charged with count of aggravated battery.
He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail, and his bail has been set at $10,000.
According to the police investigation, on Friday night, Battaglia became furious after his fiancee refused to kiss him good night, saying that she had already given him one.
In response, Battaglia threw the 54-year-old woman on a bed and broke a glass decoration. He then grabbed a broken piece of glass while threatening to cut her private parts and kill her.
The woman suffered a cut on her left thumb.
