Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with the Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. GoodLuck Ebele Jonathan as he celebrates his 62nd Birthday.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt on Wednesday 20th November 2019, Dr. Banigo, described Dr. GoodLuck Jonathan as the best President Nigeria has ever had.
According to her Nigeria experienced a lot of positive transformation under the watch of former President Jonathan which translated into socio economic and political prosperity in the country.
While wishing him many happy returns the Deputy Governor prayed the Almighty God to continue to bless and keep Dr. Jonathan in good health.
