Bauchi records two COVID-19 deaths, discharges 17

Two more patients have died from coronavirus complications in Bauchi State.

This brings the total number of fatalities in the state to three.

This was contained in the Situation Room Update of the COVID-19 Emergency Operation Centre released by the Ministry of Health, Bauchi on Wednesday.

It explained 17 more patients were also discharged after they tested positive twice for coronavirus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 23.

The total number of confirmed cases in the state is 190 after eight more were announced on Tuesday night by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)

The active cases are 164 with no severe case.
