Find our missing daughter, Family tells police

The family of 21-year old Stephanie Solomon, reported missing since Monday, July 19, has appealed to the police, other security agencies and well-meaning Nigerians to help find her, Stephanie’s friend simply identified as Godwin told newsmen on Sunday.

Godwin while clarifying that Stephanie’s case is different from that of a deceased lady found in a drain last Wednesday, urged members of the public to continue the search for her.
“There is no new development but what we want to do now is to clarify that the body that was seen near Agbarho Bridge is not Stephanie. Please, people should know that Stephanie is still missing, we have not seen her,” he said.
Stephanie reportedly closed from her place of work in Okumagba Estate, Warri, at about 4pm last Monday and may have boarded a tricycle to take her home.
Sadly, she never made it home and all attempts to make contact with her since then have failed.
The family members reported the case to the nearest police station, ‘B’ Division, Warri, the following day.
Police spokesman Bright Edafe confirmed the development, saying they have asked the family to bring a “clear picture” of the missing girl, the non-availability of which has hindered efforts to track her.
