The Council of Ministers approved the borrowing of Lefke Municipality and Serdarlı Municipality.
According to the decisions published in the Official Gazette, the Municipality of Lefke will borrow 3 million TL from Vakıflar Bankası with a maturity of 60 months in order to pay the severance pay, reserve fund, social security premium and deposit debts of the personnel who will retire.
Serdarlı Municipality, on the other hand, will borrow 1 million 300 thousand TL with a 60-month maturity from Vakıflar Bank in order to pay the salaries of the municipal personnel, severance pay of the retired personnel, retroactive reserve fund, social insurance, tax debts and debts to the market.
