Judge Barkın announced the unanimous decision of the committee composed of President Fadıl Aksun, Senior Judge Vedia Berkut Barkın and Judge Murat Soytaç, which constitutes the Nicosia Heavy Penal Court.
Senior Judge Vedia Berkut Barkın, who read the verdict, underlined the seriousness of the crimes of opening a house to which the defendant was convicted.
