Sensev said, he deliberately and illegally tied his hands and feet, while the suspect was shouting loudly without an excuse in front of Suna Ünveren Student Dormitory on Ömer Debreli Street, a public place in Nicosia, at about 01.10 am, he was found in the park belonging to resident Onur Tuna in Nicosia.

He stated that the vehicle with license plate KR 838, which was in a state of emergency, was damaged by hitting and breaking the right front headlight.

The police said that the suspect was found to have been without a residence permit in the TRNC for 323 days as of September 19, 2021. The police stated that the suspect had no legal status and demanded that he be kept in detention.

Evaluating the testimony given in his presence, Judge Nil Elodie Çeliker ordered that the suspect be held in prison for no more than 2 months.
