A man was arrested on a charge of public indecency after allegedly
breaking into a couple’s car, where he pleasured himself, drank alcohol
and abused drugs, according to police in Oregon.
The Corvallis Police Department said that they have arrested 32-year-old
Morgan Morris, after being seen in a car naked with his legs resting on
the dashboard and pleasuring himself.
Morris has been charged with public indecency, unlawful entry into a
motor vehicle, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and third-degree
criminal mischief.
He was booked into the Benton County Jail, and his bail was set at
$53,000. According to the police, the owners of the car called police to
the Carmike Cinemas around 7:45 p.m. on Monday.
The couple who owned the car, spotted the naked man sitting on the front
passenger seat of their vehicle. The couple had just seen a movie.
They did not confront the man, and waited for the police to arrive. The
officers found the man pleasuring himself while his feet on the
dashboard.
Police said that the man appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
The officers said that they searched the vehicle and found a bottle of
vodka and methamphetamine paraphernalia belonging to the suspect.
