The 6-foot-9 sicko knocked on a 20-year-old woman’s apartment at W. 163rd St. and Broadway at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to cops. When the unsuspecting woman answered the door, Rodriguez allegedly forced his way into the apartment and beat her.
He threatened to kill her and held a pair of scissors to her neck as he raped her, according to court documents.
The victim sustained multiple cuts and bruises and was treated at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
She told police she had never seen Rodriguez before.
