Enugu State Police Command has arrested three people, including
18-year-old girl, identified as Ezinne for allegedly selling her
16-month-old child at the sum of N300,000.

Local Government Area of Ebonyi state claims that a friend convinced her
to sell her daughter, Chisom Rapheal, whom she had out of wedlock.
According to a statement issued today, July 27 by the Command:

one Promise Godwin,a 20 year of Isu Mbaneze Ohazara Local Government

little chisom at the rate of three hundred thousand nairal with 46
year old Gloria Okafor from Uturu but married to now late Sunday Okafor
of Umudi Lokpanta in Abia state whose major occupation is to get and
