A man was arrested after he was seen pleasuring a woman in public.
Police were called to the Sunset Beach Boardwalk in Florida, on reportes of a couple doing indecent acts in plain view of adults and children.
Officers found 50-year-old Tracy Briley, with his pants around his ankles and his genitals exposed in public.
Witnesses told police that the man was seen performing a sex act on the woman who was lying on the boardwalk.
He was also seen pleasuring himself. A man told officers that his 3-year-old grandson witnessed the man’s sex acts on the woman.
Briley defended his actions, telling officers that he is an “emergency responder and had to assist the female as it was his duty.”
He then said that since he was homeless, he didn’t have any other choice but to have sex in public, according to police.
Briley was arrested on a charge of felony lewd and lascivious exhibition. He is being held on $10,000 bail.
