A man of Australia, was arrested after he was seen walking naked in a playground.
A woman, who was walking her dog, called police after the man was seen doing indecent acts in a children’s park.
34-year-old Joshua James Lambert of Queensland, was allegedly pleasuring himself while walking in the park. He urinated in the sandbox and he had sex with a blow up doll in broad daylight.
Lambert avoided jail time after pleading guilty to two counts of indecent acts in a plea deal with prosecutors. However, he was ordered to pay a fine of $1,500.
An attorney for Lambert, had argued that his client is a “very shy and private person” and that “the behavior was out of character for him.”
However, Magistrate Gary Finger disputed that claim after hearing that the suspect performed the sex acts in public, recorded the acts and he uploaded the videos to adult websites.
The attorney said that Lambert was fired from his job at a supermarket, where he worked for 15 years after his coworkers mocked him over the incidents.
His friends also want nothing to do with Lambert after photos of his disturbing actions went viral on the Internet.
The attorney said that his client lived with his mother, but even she struggles to interact with him. Lambert sought psychological help after his perverted actions were made public.
