A 12-year-old boy was arrested on a charge of rape after being accused of raping his younger sister multiple times, according to police in the United Kingdom.
Now, the boy of Gloucestershire, who was not identified, has been sentenced to serve two years in prison for being convicted of six counts of rape.
He was also ordered to have no contact with anyone under 16 years old, including his 9-year-old sister. Police will monitor his computer until he turns 19 years old.
According to the police investigation, the boy watched incest porn on his computer before he raped his sister. The boy told his sister that if she does not have sex with him, she would no longer be her brother.
After having sex six times, the girl told her mother. When the mother confronted her son, he said that the sex was consensual.
The boy’s attorney told the court that porn and the Internet is to blame for his client’s actions, calling him a child who was experimenting.
