Man dumped on Valentine’s Day after florist failed to deliver his flowers

A man is angry after his girlfriend dumped him on Valentine’s Day because she did not get anything from him.

The heartbroken man from Australia, took to social media to vent his frustration over the incident.

The man said that he ordered flowers from the Fresh Flowers company, but they did not deliver them, causing his girlfriend to leave him.

“Thank you for your awful service and ruining Valentine’s Day. My order was never delivered and your phone line was constantly engaged. Do you know what isn’t engaged? My girlfriend! She’s left me because the flowers I organized were not delivered.

“Shame on you. I am truly heartbroken because of your inability to do the one thing your company is built on,” he wrote.

However, he was not the only one who posted complaints on the company’s Facebook page.

Another angry customer wrote: “Thank you so much for my beautiful flowers today. Oh wait they were not delivered as promised. Thanks for spoiling my Valentine’s Day.”

Some customers complained about their posts being deleted by the company’s social media manager.

The company then issues a lousy apology to the many angry customers whose flowers did not arrive on time.

“All of us at Fresh Flowers sincerely apologize to our customers who didn’t receive their Valentine’s Day deliveries on time.

“We are investigating with our courier partners with regards to what happened. Fresh Flowers has been owned and operated in Australia for 20 years, we take this problem very seriously.

“Any customer who was affected by our courier partners service please email your order number and contact information for a full refund and replacement,” they wrote.

Many customers did not accept the apology. Jess Moran wrote:
“How about instead of offering fake apologies on Facebook, you actually get some people on the phones and responding to emails.

“Oh and BTW, me along with thousands of other people will never be using your service again. Good riddance.”
