One of the most misused and abused word by the runaway leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and his gullible thugs (followers) is saboteur. The word saboteur has been used on several occasions by Kanu and his followers to describe individuals who disagrees with their unorthodox line of philosophy. Any person that questions the treacherous actions of Kanu automatically receives the saboteur medal. Many genuine men and women who started with Kanu on this long walk to freedom have stepped aside after they discovered the counterfeit disposition of his person
Nnamdi Kanu is really good at labeling innocent people whom he perceives as threat to his IPOB business as saboteurs. Through his mischievous radio, he has disparaged and tagged well to do Biafrans who would have assisted to restore Biafra in truth and honesty as saboteurs. Some of these personalities out of fear of being assassinated by Kanu’s killer squad retreated and went back to their shells. Hence, leaving the restoration of Biafra project in the hands of shenanigans who are more concerned about their stomach
The thought pattern of this commentary is not anchored on pity party, far from it. The truth must be told no matter how disgusting it might sound to some gang of mediocres whose brains have been tied to Ubini Ukpabi deity. Kanu understands the fact that he is the true saboteur and not the innocent people he perches on his troublesome radio to label saboteurs. He has sabotaged Biafra and still sabotaging it till this very moment. Whenever Biafrans are pointing accusing fingers of sabotage, it should be directed to the runaway leader of IPOB. Apparently, the people Kanu labeled saboteurs have demonstrated to be dedicated Biafrans who wanted to see Biafra restored in holiness
Many do not even know that Kanu’s IPOB is structured as one man business. He employs and dismisses anybody whenever he wishes. Kanu’s IPOB should be listed on the Nigerian stock exchange. This will better define their mission statement. The present structure and actions of IPOB and it’s leaders do not in any form project them as people fighting for liberation. IPOB can be summarised as group of mischief makers wandering from pillar to post in search of where to foment unnecessary fight which they lack the ability to prosecute
How Nnamdi Kanu sabotaged Biafra
Kanu has been sabotaging Biafra since time immemorial. He sabotaged Biafra when he lied to us that there were men on ground to combat any eventuality. Our people swallowed his empty rhetoric thinking that Kanu was sincere over what he was saying. What about the unfulfilled promise of referendum, 40 million ballot papers, hitech farming, United Nations visitation that never happened, signed and sealed deal that nobody knew the content, collapsing the zoo (Nigeria) and returning to Nigeria with hell after he was beaten and chased away like petty noise maker by the president of Nigeria. The leader of IPOB is the real saboteur. Our people should stop pointing accusing fingers at the wrong people. The abusive saviour of IPOB is the saboteur Biafrans have been searching for. Kanu should be tied to a stake and flogged with a very hot cutlass for sabotaging Biafra
The leader of IPOB is very untruthful too. He has always criticised and abused Yoruba newspapers and Nigerian police but unfortunately he uses the same police and Yoruba media to deal with some of his followers whom he sees as obstacle to his business empire. He used the Nation newspaper to disgrace three of his former security personnel before unleashing police on them. The same Nigerian police he tagged janjaweed and Yoruba media he painted as gutter media. Can we see how unreliable Kanu can be? He had a slight misunderstanding with his followers and instead of resolving the issue amicably as a good leader he pretends to be but he took the path of unleashing the same enemy he came to wrestle against on his brothers. Now, who is the saboteur?
Many of us who got tired of his fake rants and questioned some irregularities that became part and parcel of the movement were labeled saboteurs and DSS agents. This is the nature of Kanu. He doesn’t want anybody to question him. He is a demagogue who is above correction and questioning. Anything he says is binding because IPOB is his personal business. However, can Kanu look at himself on the mirror and say he is not a saboteur? A man that told Igbo youths not to join Nigerian army and police but his younger sister is a police officer in the same country he calls zoo. This is pure deceit. At least, if Kanu is sincere over what he is fighting for, he should have lived by example by asking his sister to resign from the police
Let our people judge. Between Nnamdi Kanu and the rest of us, who is a saboteur?
