Photos: Governor Hope Uzodimma inaugurates four new commissioners

Gov Hope Uzodimma has sworn in four new commissioners today following their confirmation by the Imo state house of assembly.
Speaking at the swearing in ceremony held at the Sam mbakwe exco chamber, Gov Hope Uzodimma charged them to give in their best 
“For the incoming commissioners, this job is not a tea party, am sure that your colleagues would have told that you need to constantly be on your toes to justify your appointment, because of the sorry state of affairs we met on assumption of office”
The new commissioners sworn in are 
1. Dr Doris Nkiruka Anite (ministry of finance and coordinating economy)
2. Dr bartholomew Chukwunonye Okorochukwu (ministry of health)
3. Professor Boniface Ginikanwa Nwogu (ministry of science and technology)
4. Mazi Uche Ohia(ministry of tourism)
Gov Hope Uzodimma charged them not to be carried away by the wild jubilation that greeted their appointment but rather work hard  to show commitment towards changing the narrative
The governor told the new appointees to immediately hit the ground running as their is no time for jamboree.
“You must consider your appointment as a call to serve, you must prove your mettle by adding value to the system”.
The governor commended the state house of assembly for ensuring speedy confirmation process for the four new members of the cabinet.
