Senate President Ahmad Lawan commendds Uzodimma on his peoples projects

“Let me tell you one secret Imolites, if you don’t want any project to be executed don’t involve Hope Uzodimma. He is focused, reliable and will go any length to ensure that whatever he starts, he finishes. You are therefore lucky and you know what the secret is, prudence”.

These were the exert words of Senator (Dr.) Ahmad Lawan (Senate President, Federal Republic of Nigeria) when  officiating the commissioning of the reconstructed Akachi road,  now renamed after Evans Enwerem road.



The Senate President couldn’t hold back his amazement but expressed his joy on how outstanding the administration has rendered service to imo people since assumption of office.

According Dr Ahmed Lawan, Governor Hope Uzodimma has shown commitment towards delivering  solid infrastructures that are people oriented .

“The projects are the peoples projects, your resources were utilized with prudence”,  Senate President Ahmed Lawan noted .

The Senate President Ahmed Lawan   beckon  on the good people of Imo State to always support the shared prosperity Government of Gov Hope Uzodimma so as to continue to enjoy more developmental benefits the APC goverment is made of.

Dr. Lawan went on to condemn the dastardly act of terrorism sponsored by a few disgruntled elements over the weekend which led to the release of inmates at the Owerri Correctional center and carting away arms and ammunition at the Imo State Headquarters of Nigeria Police Force. 

He added that anyone who indulges in such act is the enemy number one of the state and must be made to face the full wrath of the law.

Ahmed lawan urged  Imolites not to be deceived by mischief makers who wouldn’t appreciate the development and prosperity in the state.
