Unknown gunmen have attacked the Iwollo Oghe, Ezeagu Police Division in Enugu state, killing at least four officers.
It was gathered that the hoodlums attacked the facility around 1am on Tuesday.

All the suspects under detention in the station were also said to have been freed by the hoodlums.
“Unknown Gunmen attacked a police station in my local government area (Ezeagu, Enugu State) and killed four policemen. One of them happened to be my kinsman. It has been mourning in my council and community,” a source said.
There has been a spate of attacks on security agencies in the South-East and SouthgSouth geopolitical zones of the country, which has compounded the security challenges in the two regions.
