| Charles Leclerc celebrates in Baku after his fourth straight pole position of the F1 season |
Ferrariās Charles Leclerc took pole position for the Azerbaijan Formula One Grand Prix on Saturday with Red Bullās Sergio Perez alongside on the front row.
Leclerc also started on pole last season in Baku and the Monegasque is the first driver to repeat the feat in the six years of the race being held.
Red Bullās Formula One world championship leader Max Verstappen qualified third.
After claiming his sixth pole of the season, Leclerc said: āAll poles feel good but this one I did not expect because I thought the Red Bulls were stronger.
āBut the last lap came together and I am extremely happy. I am really excited for tomorrow.ā
