EFCC Director Joins League of Lawyers


The Director of Public Affairs of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mr. Osita Nwajah, has joined the league of lawyers as he was called to the Nigerian Bar today, Thursday, July 29, 2021 at the Eagle Square, Abuja. 

Nwajah who graduated with LL.B from Baze University, Abuja and BL from the Nigerian Law School, NLS, Bwari-Abuja also holds a Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts from University of Calabar and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from University of Ilorin. Barrister Osita also brandishes a Diploma in Coruption Studies from the Hong Kong University. 

Before joining the EFCC as a pioneer staff in 2003, Barrister Nwajah held senior editorial positions in TheNews/Tempo and TELL magazines in the 1990s and early 2000s. 

He won a CNN African Journalist  of the Year Award (Print Category), in 1999. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb), UK.
