Herald Poems: Rejected

You can read all my poems here.

Here I’m looking at the beauty
Of the sky on a cozy night
Hoping things will just change
Automatically for good.

We all want to be loved,
To feel the happiness of been special,
We all want to be treated special,
To make us feel like we are rare.

But it’s just a mere wish because
What we get is rejection
We are seen as inferiors,
Good for nothing.

Even when we are outstanding among many
But been rejected doesn’t mean
we are giving up.

With heavy pain in our hearts,
We will fight against rejection,
With tears in our eyes,
We will battle rejection and
With loud voice we will speak out and
Conquer rejection for we are special too.
