Herald Poems: Still Hopeful

My Last poem in 2021, I hope you find it interesting. You can find all my poems here.

Going through the darkest of days, still hopeful,
Even in my broken state, still hopeful,
With mind full of unending thoughts, still hopeful.

Alone, abandoned by family and relatives, still hopeful,
Wrongfully accused of murder, still hopeful,
Knowing that life as an orphan is not easy, still hopeful.

Eyes full of tears everyday, still hopeful.
Feeling empty and depressed, still hopeful,
A lifetime of rejection, still hopeful,

Gradually collapsing in pains, still hopeful,
Mocked and called a failure, still hopeful,
Feeling life is not worth living, still hopeful.

Everyday seems like my last, still hopeful,
Hopefully the other side will be kind if this anxiety wins, still hopeful,
Please remember me as someone who tried living, still hopeful.
