Herald Poems: Don’t know Who I’m Without You

Here is my first poem for the year 2019, hopefully you find it interesting. You can read all of my poems here.

Tonight I saw you at the bus station
With somebody new,
My heart was beating fast,
Hoping you will see me for
The last time.

My best memories are with you,
My heart breaks even more,
Knowing you are moving
on this fast.

I used to spend all my time around you,
So many things we talked about,
Now i am just a stranger to you,
Can i know what is going on
On your beautiful mind?

I keep staring at my phone all night,
I can’t even call anymore,
My heart keeps tripping over
For your love.

Tell me baby, do you feel the same
About me?
I don’t know who I am without you,
And i got all these crazy plans i made for two,
Everything reminds me of you.

Silently I am fading away,
I miss waking up next to you,
I never wanted to let you go.

I hug my pillow thinking of you
I am running out of things to do
To let you off my mind.

Baby if he never treats you right,
It is only fair if I let you know,
I will be waiting patiently to make
It right.
